GateHouse Media, Inc. is seeking a Circulation Director

The Grand Island Independent, a GateHouse Media, Inc. company, is seeking an experienced, enterprising executive to lead circulation sales, logistics and marketing for the Grand Island Independent; circ. 21,000 daily, 23,000 Sunday.

The ideal applicant will possess a proven record for circulation development, strong communication skills, budgeting, financial reporting and strategic planning acumen, up-to-date familiarity with postal regulations and circulation accounting practices and systems, a keen understanding of ABC rules, policies and audit procedures, subscription retention, solid understanding of rate and pricing strategies and circulation marketing experience.
