Gatehouse Media, Inc., one of the country’s leading local media companies, is seeking advertising operations support specialist to join the Operations Support Team.

Responsibilities:
Customer service and support for the interactive advertising team and the properties we serve will be the key focus for members of the operations department.
Tasks will include
- Provide support to all interactive sales efforts
- Assist with scheduling of sales visits
- Coordinate production of advertising creatives
- Trafficking support
- Communication & support for our properties and advertisers
- Database management
- Maintenance of sales tools (printed material & online gallery)
- Monitor, report & distribute product & advertiser performance
- Assist in implementation & maintenance of online products
- Maintain national affiliate campaigns
- Research co-op advertising opportunities
- SEO
- Other duties as needed
Ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills. Organization and attention to detail are a must. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications required, basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and graphic design applications including flash are desired.
Compensation: Salary based on experience and performance
