GateHouse Media, Inc. is seeking a Director of Advertising Sales

Bring your sales knowledge and leadership skills to The State Journal-Register by becoming our next Advertising Director. As Director, you will plan, develop and execute strategies for growth, lead your team in achieving revenue targets and goals, maintain the department’s operating revenue and expense budgets, train and develop staff, monitor the effectiveness of existing programs, create sales forecasts, prepare sales reports.

The Advertising Director will serve as a member of the operating committee of the newspaper and act as a business partner to the publisher and executive staff. Past experience in an executive level position is desirable..
