Rockford Register Star seeks multimedia sales manager

The Rockford Register Star, a Gatehouse Media company, has an immediate opportunity available for a Multi Media Sales Manager. This hands-on position is actively involved with day-to-day activities and is responsible for the overall operation of the department.   The successful candidate  will set monthly revenue goals, develop sales strategies to achieve those goals; and conduct sales training with staff including, closing skills, selling digital products, print and up-selling.

Required is a college degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field and a minimum of three years demonstrated success in a previous media sales position.  Prior supervisory experience and the ability to develop a sales staff also required.
