The role of the Ad Operations Coordinator is to schedule campaigns across GateHouse owned and operated properties. As Ad Operations Coordinator you will be a key player on the Advertising Operations team which is responsible for all aspects of key digital advertising initiatives including the ad serving platform, inventory management, campaign management and optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:

Assisting with all daily Ad Operations activities and functions including scheduling, production, implementation, optimization, and reporting of online advertising campaigns from insertion order to completion.

Interact and coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and agencies to obtain & test ad creative and ensure successful campaign delivery.

Troubleshoot issues that may occur while the campaign/orders are in progress.

Work with the sales team to perform post-campaign analysis to further optimize offerings, and to generate new offerings.

Skills / Experience

Excellent organizational, time management, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Understanding of web media formats (e.g. .gif, .jpeg, .swf, HTML, Video) and IAB formats.

Experience implementing 3rd Party Tags (Atlas, MediaPlex, DFA, etc) and Rich Media ad technologies .

Experience with a major ad serving platform. DFP or Open AdStream preferred.

Knowledgeable and proficient in the area of online advertising trends and latest research and development and related technologies.
The Ad Operations coordinator will be based in Needham, MA and report to the Ad Operations Manager.
