Digital Sales Support Representative

Reporting to the Digital Ad Product Manager, GateHouse Media is seeking a Digital Sales Support Representative to join our Needham, MA based corporate digital ad sales team. The person in this position will perform numerous tasks essential to providing digital advertising support across multiple brands and platforms for GateHouse Media Inc.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for sales to provide inventory availability as well as answer questions/fulfill requests regarding targeting tactics and pricing

• Provide support on fulfilling national RFP requests

• Traffic and schedule ad campaigns as needed

• Monitor/manage and optimize current campaigns to consistently increase performance

• Gather campaign screenshots

• Provide regular campaign as well as final reports/analysis at conclusion of campaign

• Document and maintain best practices as guidance for sales team

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience; marketing, advertising or computer science emphasis preferred

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing application support role

• Working knowledge of online ad serving technologies (Google DFP), Google Analytics, web browsers, FTP, basic HTML, graphic formats, etc.

• Demonstrated teamwork & communication skills

• Ability to multitask; independently organize and execute assigned tasks within committed time frames.

• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail required.
